Sharing Locker Snow Policy
Members reviewed our operations procedures in the event that a snowstorm makes opening problematic. If snowfall or ice creates an unsafe environment for clients and volunteers, Sharing Locker will be moved to the FOLLOWING Saturday (4th Saturday). Clients and volunteers will be notified of the change through a notice on the church’s website AND through a cancelation and postponement announcement on the church’s answering machine. We hope this procedure will keep everyone safe while still providing our clients with much-needed assistance. This notice was placed in every client’s bag during January’s opening in hopes of spreading the word.
